Items in our online store include new, handpicked thrifted items, retail items from brands like Zara and H&M, products from online shopping platforms such as Alibaba and SHEIN, and reworked items. Our thrifted items may have imperfections, which will be disclosed to you. Due to the unique nature of each item, there are no refunds or exchanges on thrifted items.

Refunds: No refunds are available for any items. Exchanges for new items are allowed within 48 hours of purchase.

Delivery

Delivery time starts on the day your order is confirmed and is subject to stock availability. Chera’s Store strives to meet delivery timeframes; however, certain factors may affect these times, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Some areas may not be eligible for delivery, and during checkout, you will need to enter your address to confirm delivery eligibility. Chera’s does not deliver to PO Box or postal addresses.

Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is accepted by you or an authorized individual at your specified delivery address. The recipient may be required to provide identification (ID, driver’s license, or passport). If no one is present to accept the delivery, the parcel will stay with the courier. An additional fee may be charged for a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt also fails, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will contact you for collection arrangements. The delivery fee is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to inspect the parcel upon arrival and report any issues immediately.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable. A standard delivery fee, based on your location zone, will be applied to orders under P2000.00 (Two Thousand Pula). Orders exceeding P2000.00 (Two Thousand Pula) will be delivered free of charge. Additional fees may apply for heavy or large items based on volumetric weight, and customers will be informed of these fees after purchase. If the additional fee is unacceptable, the order will be fully refunded.
